Larkspur Health Advisors is an independent insurance agency operated by Daniel Quintero, a fictional licensed health insurance agent (License L-000000 (example), NPN 00000000 (example)) in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island and New Hampshire. This policy covers this website and the consultations that follow from it.

What you send us. When you use the quote form we ask for your name, email address, ZIP code and coverage type. Your phone number, date of birth and a short note are optional. If you use the plan finder, we also receive the answers you chose.

What you tell us on a call. During a consultation you may choose to share more, including health information, so that we can compare plans that fit you. You decide what to share.

What we do not ask for. This website never asks for your Social Security number, bank details or payment card. Please do not type them into the form.

Basic site data. Like most websites, we receive standard technical information such as your browser type, the pages you visit and your approximate location, through privacy-conscious analytics.

We use your information to reply to your request, schedule and hold your consultation, compare plans for you, help you apply with a carrier if you choose to, and keep records the law requires of licensed agents. We do not use your information for unrelated purposes.

Daniel Quintero receives your form by email.

Insurance carriers. If you decide to get a quote or apply, the details needed for that quote or application go to the carrier, under their own privacy terms.

Service providers. Our site is hosted on Cloudflare. Appointments are scheduled through Calendly, which receives the details you enter there. Email is delivered through standard email services.

Legal reasons. We disclose information when the law, a regulator or a court requires it.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

Health information is sensitive. We ask you not to put it in the website form. If you share it on a call, we use it only to compare and recommend plans and to complete an application you choose to make. We keep it confidential and limit access to those who need it for that purpose.

Consultations by phone or shared screen use encrypted connections. We do not record a call without telling you first and asking for your consent.

We use limited analytics to understand which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work. Third-party sites we link to, including carrier quote pages and the booking page, have their own cookies and policies.

We keep your information only as long as needed to serve you and to meet record-keeping rules for licensed insurance agents, then delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections. No method of sending information over the internet is perfectly secure, so please share only what you are comfortable sharing.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it or delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Residents of some states have additional rights under state law, which we honor. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Parents and guardians may share information about a child when they ask about family coverage.
