The content on this site is general information. It is not a quote, an offer of coverage, or legal, tax or medical advice. Plans, benefits, prices and availability vary by state and by carrier and can change.

Requesting a quote, using the plan finder or booking a consultation does not create insurance coverage. Coverage begins only when a carrier approves your application, you pay any required premium, and the carrier confirms an effective date. The carrier, not this agency, makes underwriting decisions.

Larkspur Health Advisors is an independent agency and is not an employee or officer of any insurance carrier. We offer plans from the carriers we are appointed with, which, in this example, are fictional. We may receive commissions from carriers when you buy a plan. This site is not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program.

Consultations are offered by phone or screen share at no charge. Please give accurate and complete information, because quotes and eligibility depend on it. A consultation does not guarantee that a plan is available or that you will be approved.

Do not send your Social Security number, bank details, payment card numbers or detailed medical records through this website. How we handle what you do send is described in our Privacy Policy.
